In the event that records are examined or requested by the California Depaertment of Real Estate, Television Education, Inc. will make available to the Department of Real Estate, student records for the real estate qualifying courses. Students will not be notified by Television Education, Inc. unless specifically requested by the California Department of Real Estate.
